Measure at your natural waistline.

Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your body, typically around 20cm (7-9”) below your natural waist.

Shoulder across
Measure across top of shoulders from outer shoulder point to outer shoulder point.

Sleeve length
Measure from the shoulder point to the wrist.

Outseam length
Measure from natural waistline to the bottom of your ankle.

Inseam length
Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the bottom of your ankle.
