Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control and Bonnie’s is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier or customs agencies. The shipping process will start after the payment is confirmed. Customers are responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to a wrong address. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

* Please note:
- Customer will receive an email notifying him/her once the order has been shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number.
- Bonnie’s do not deliver to PO box address.
- Shipping times will be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
- It may take a few days for customers to follow their shipment as the item tracking number needs first to be activated on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.
- Bonnie’s ships all packages from our warehouse and distribution centers depending on customer’s location.

Most of European countries and USA: delivery within 2-4 days

Bonnie’s cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays in the country of destination
Taxes and Duties
Any order delivered to a country that is not listed below may be subject to taxes and custom duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. If any, these charges must be paid by customers.
Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. The customer must comply with the applicable laws and rules in the country of destination. Bonnie’s will not be held responsible if the customer violates these laws.

Prices
Prices are indicated EURO. Prices shown are guaranteed within the limits of available stocks except typographical errors or omissions. Bonnie’s reserves the right to change prices at any time but the items will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of registration of the order, subject to the availability of items.

Returns Policy
Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Team will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you.
14 days Returns Warranty
Customers can contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AT info@bonniescashmere.com. Describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect or an item incorrectly described, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.Our solutions
Bonnie’s Responsibility:
- If product is faulty, such as incorrectly sent item/size/colour or defective, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a full refund or a free exchange.
- Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price or resend for free a replacement at our expense.
Customer’s Responsibility:
- If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to our warehouse for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price.
- Please use a service that is trackable as we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.
* Additional notes about Warranty :
- All return items must be in a brand new condition, clean, unused/unworn, not damaged, not washed, not dry cleaned, with all original tags and their original packaging.
- If the order comes with all packaging materials, they must also be returned. If they were not completely returned, an extra 10% of the order amount, or the value of packaging materials, may be charged for.
- All returns must be authorized via email prior to shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery.
- Products returned after 14 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.
- The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original one.
- All exchange items are based on stock availability.
- Returns and exchanges are not applicable for discounted products.
- The actual times of the refund are subject to availability on the vendor or bank concerned.
- Bonnie Art Limited reserves the right for final decision.
